Password reset
Has it gone down the side of the sofa? In a coat pocket? Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us.
Steps
- Click ‘Log in’ in the main menu.
- Click ‘Reset password’.
- Enter your email address and click ‘Reset’.
- You’ll receive an email with your new password (if you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder. If you still don’t find it, please contact us)
- Log in with your newly reset password and then change it to something more memorable in your account page.
